Tax Sale Atlas Now Covers All 67 Florida Counties

Our first state is live. Every Florida county now has a tax sale page with the certificate sale, tax deed auction, redemption rules, and statutes, all sourced.

Tax Sale Atlas is live, and Florida is our first state. Every one of Florida's 67 counties now has a tax sale page you can read for free, with the sale calendar, auction platform, redemption rules, interest rate, and governing statutes laid out in one place.

We started with Florida on purpose. It is one of the busiest tax sale markets in the country, and it is a hybrid state, so it shows off both paths at once. County Tax Collectors sell tax lien certificates each year, bid down from an 18 percent maximum rate with a 5 percent minimum return at redemption. Separately, the Clerk of the Circuit Court runs tax deed auctions after the redemption period runs out. Both paths trace back to F.S. Chapter 197, and both are covered on the site.

What a county page gives you

Open any county and you get the parts that actually decide a bid: when the certificate sale and the tax deed auction run, which platform hosts them, how registration and deposits work, and where the delinquent and sale lists are published. Where we have verified a county against its Tax Collector and Clerk offices, the page shows county-specific details. Where we have not verified it yet, the page falls back to the statewide rules and says so, so you always know how solid a fact is.

Every legal and financial figure carries a source. We compile the data from primary records: Florida Statutes and the official county offices that run each sale. Nothing on a county page is there without a citation you can click.
